Brian Picarello, Esq. is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of New York. Prior to practicing law, Brian earned his undergraduate degree from New York University in the fields of Psychology and Social Work. Being employed at both non-profit and government agencies afforded him the opportunity to service a diverse clientele.
For over a decade, Brian has acted as an advocate for children, HIV positive individuals, low-income families, homeless persons, domestic violence survivors, and youthful offenders across several different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
While working full-time and providing for a family of his own, Brian earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School, graduating with multiple honors and awards. His approach to practicing law is the same approach that made him a successful advocate in the community; care. Brian successfully represents clients in Family Court, District Court, and Supreme Court, is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and Suffolk County Bar Association. James volunteers his time handling cases for The Safe Place (formally known as the Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence) and for Nassau Suffolk Law Services, as well as being on the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Modest Means Panel, which provides affordable legal services to those people who qualify.
